Two-Do is currently in private beta. Join the beta waitlist on this website to register your interest; joining does not grant immediate access.

If you already have beta access, use the app invitation you received. Signing in on this website opens your account page, not the full calendar app.

Check that the email address is correct, then look in your spam or junk folder. If the resend button shows a countdown, wait for it to finish before requesting another code.

Use the newest code and keep it private. If delivery still fails, contact us with the approximate time and the error message. Do not send us the code.

Sign in using your current method first. In the app, open Me → Account & sign-in methods, then choose Link beside an available provider and complete its authorization.

Linking adds a way to access the same account; your calendar and partner relationship stay with it. If the provider already belongs to another Two-Do account, the accounts cannot be merged through this flow.

On a supported Two-Do sign-in screen, select QR sign-in. In the signed-in phone app, open Me → Account & sign-in methods → Scan to sign in on computer.

Scan the code, check the sign-in request and confirm it on your phone. If the code expires, refresh it on the computer. Only approve requests you started.

A plan is time you intend to use; a record describes what actually happened. A plan does not become a record just because its end time has passed.

Select a plan and choose Record. Adjust the actual-time draft in the calendar, then save it. The original planned time stays intact. If you did not do the activity, use the not-done option instead of saving time you did not spend.

Open the habit occurrence in the calendar to edit that occurrence. Open the habit plan from Planning when you want to change its repeating schedule; check the scope shown before saving.

Skip an occurrence when you do not want to do it that day. A placeholder left behind by a moved occurrence is a reference to the original slot, not another occurrence to move or complete.

Use a to-do to track the outcome, a calendar plan to reserve time and Focus to record a work session. Link the session to the relevant to-do so the time belongs to that task.

At the end of Focus, review the time spent and confirm whether the task is finished. Spending time on a task does not necessarily mean you have completed it.

Yes. You can follow a supported calendar item, to-do or habit occurrence in Countdowns, choosing the available start or end time you care about. This follows the source rather than creating a second task.

Countdown display settings control time formats, progress, fading and visible range. For linked countdowns, edit the source item to change its time.

On supported iPhones, Focus can appear as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Check that Live Activities are allowed for Two-Do in iPhone Settings.

iOS controls how these surfaces refresh, so the system timer may not redraw every second. Check the app for the session state. Focus’s leave-app behavior also depends on your customization settings.

Open the pairing page in the app to show your invitation QR code or share an invitation link. Your partner can scan or open it, review the identity and confirm the pairing.

Pairing does not make every item editable by your partner. Check the item’s visibility and sharing settings. A private item should stay private; share only what you intend to share.

The change has been kept locally, but cloud sync has not yet been confirmed. Other devices may not show it yet. Check your connection and that both devices use the same account, then retry sync where offered.

Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while unsynced changes remain. Export synced data and separately keep a copy of important unsynced content first. If the message persists, contact us with the affected feature and approximate time.

Settings backup transfers appearance, calendar preferences and tags. A data archive includes your synced app records, settings backup and this device’s operation history. It does not include pending changes in its cloud-data collections.

You can restore settings from the archive separately, but importing the entire archive’s records is not supported yet. Calendar export is for exchanging calendar items, not a complete Two-Do backup. Keep the original export file.

Check the item’s reminder time and whether notifications are enabled for Two-Do on that device. Also check your phone’s Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, which may silence notifications.

A reminder setting does not grant system notification permission. If reminders still fail, tell us the device, app version, expected time and whether a notification test appears.
